Yoga for Real Pain Relief


Yoga can help you relieve your deepest pain and bring joy back into your life!

According to the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, there are 5 pains that afflict humans at the deepest level, causing all the sufferings we experience. In this special series, you’ll learn what these pains (kleshas in Sanskrit) are and methods to remedy them.

Your program includes six 90-minute classes paced over three months to allow this profound knowledge time to unfold. You’ll receive support and guidance in between meetings plus a 1-on-1 session with Atmadarshan to address the unique ways suffering manifests in your life.

Some experience with yoga (of any tradition) is highly recommended. To ensure you receive the personal attention you deserve, only 6 registrants will be accepted.

Attend live online or by recording. Classes meet Thursdays 6:30-8pm ET on January 11 & 25, February 8, March 7 & 21, and April 4. Investment: $297.
